Who You'll Work With
You'll work with Senior Consultants on our team to help support and solve interesting and important organizational challenges.
What You'll Do
You’ll play an active role and help with different areas of engagement here at ReadySet. Depending on your level, this could include helping to gather and analyze information, contributing to our social media and blog production, helping to build our internal database of research and existing data, shadowing during on-site assessments, developing presentations and recommendations and helping to implement recommendations. You may also get a chance to help on the business development side.
You’ll gain new skills and build on your existing strengths. You will receive both training and mentoring from us, depending on which skills you would like to develop.
Who we are looking for:
You are in your Junior or Senior year as an undergraduate, or any year in a Masters or Ph.D program
You have a growth mindset
You have a demonstrated capacity for undertaking independent work
You have a record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
You are a good communicator
You have some knowledge of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion material, either through your studies & work, or through your extracurricular activities
You are resourceful, curious, empathetic, and can work well with others.
You have an interest in a fast-paced, exciting work setting, where things change constantly
We care very much that you are compensated for your time, so there will be a stipend for your work. This will be determined based on your level and your time commitment, however, we strongly urge you to seek funding from your institution as the Bay Area is an expensive place to be!
Please send your resume and cover letter to firstname.lastname@example.org (not .com!) and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
