Anti-Racism at Work

The ReadySet Anti-Racism at Work training deepens anti-bias learning through a specific focus on racism at work. By exploring the history and legacy of racism and its systemic infiltration of institutional practices, participants will understand the basis by which racial-based bias is perpetuated, how to identify it, and how to work toward individual and systemic change.

A combination of education, discussion, and brainstorming will create opportunities for new perspectives and empathetic growth while fostering a climate of actionable change. This workshop empowers employees, managers, and executives to explore how they can contribute to moving forward an anti-racist society.
