Inclusive People Manager Essentials

The number one factor that influences an employee’s engagement at work is their relationship with their manager - yet supervisors are often unequipped to provide the support and coaching needed—especially when managing across difference.

In this interactive session, ReadySet will equip people managers with the skills to manage effectively across difference. Through best practice tips and scenario-based discussion, we will explore how bias can manifest in people processes and in management contexts. Participants will walk away with a toolkit of approaches to help disrupt systemic bias in action and to manage diverse staff teams.
