Understanding Interpersonal and Systems Bias

The ReadySet Interpersonal & Systems Bias workshop illustrates the different types of bias that impact how we perceive and evaluate others and equips organizations with the tools to address how this manifests. This training adds a systemic perspective and practical response component to the classic unconscious bias training.

By highlighting the systemic and institutional elements that factor into interpersonal bias, ReadySet offers an intersectional frame for understanding how bias manifests and its impact. This training empowers employees and leaders with practical skills for recognizing bias in interviews & promotional processes and techniques for prevention and response when found.
