Lionel (he/him) is a Brooklyn native and strong advocate for youth and early childhood development. He has involved himself in various low-income communities throughout New York City, where he successfully created a positive learning environment and aided scholars in areas of business development, academic proficiency, arts and crafts, and dance. Both his Herculean commitment to high ethical and professional standards and ability to analyze needs and create unique solutions to yield better outcomes have proven to be some of his notable assets.
Lionel earned an interdisciplinary B.A. in Communication with a minor in Business Law from The City University of New York’s, Brooklyn College. Not only have these experiences provided his foundation in interpersonal, intercultural, professional, and organizational communication; They’ve inspired him to take interest in current pertinent legal, ethical, and cultural issues surrounding DEI. In his downtime, Lionel can be found enjoying a slice of pizza, bargain hunting, and caring for his 3-legged cat, G-Star.
