Viveka (she/her) is a senior consultant and facilitator on the ReadySet team where she engages in DEI strategy and workshop facilitation. Her passion for DEI is rooted in an interest in how we communicate across difference and lean into productive discomfort. Viveka has a background in talent engagement, digital marketing, and community advocacy, with a focus on LGBTQIA+ advocacy and cross-cultural DEI.

Prior to joining ReadySet, Viveka spent time on the Talent & Development Team at Thomson Reuters and at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Operations. Viveka grew up between Scotland and New York, and currently resides in Brooklyn. In her spare time, she loves bad horror films, ‘city hikes,’ and trying out the latest NYT cooking recipe.
