Zoe King (she/her) is a consultant and facilitator on the ReadySet team where she works with clients to create equitable environments where folks can do their best work. She is passionate about ensuring that everyone has equal access to a compelling future, and believes that through unlearning, vulnerability and intentionality, leaders and organizations can create environments for humans to thrive.
Zoe has a background in talent acquisition, organizational change and consulting. Prior to joining ReadySet, she worked at George Washington University creating inclusive hiring and employee engagement strategies. She is also a co-founder of the Humanizing Initiative, which inspires organizations to center human dignity and wellbeing. Zoe has an MA in Organizational Leadership and Learning where she studied the intersection of human behavior, DEI, and organizational effectiveness. Based in Washington, DC, Zoe enjoys exploring through running, baking dessert, and catching the sunrise whenever she can.
